1. About these terms
These terms are an agreement between you and Wishbasket Technologies India LLP ("Wishbasket", "we", "us") for using our website wishbasket.in, the Wishbasket business application, and Eva, our assistant, including on WhatsApp. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you use Wishbasket for a business, you confirm you are allowed to accept these terms for that business.
2. Your account
- Give accurate details and keep them up to date.
- Keep your password and your phone (which Eva uses to recognise you on WhatsApp) safe. You are responsible for what is done through your account.
- Each person should use their own login. Tell us at once if you think your account has been misused.
3. Plans, payments and taxes
- Prices are shown on our website or in the app and are in Indian rupees. GST is added as applicable, and we issue a GST invoice for each payment.
- Plans are paid in advance for the period shown. If a plan is not renewed, the account moves to the free plan after any grace period, without deleting your data.
- Payments are processed by Razorpay. Refunds, where offered, follow our cancellation and refund policy.
4. Using the service properly
You agree not to:
- use Wishbasket or Eva to send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or anything unlawful, misleading, offensive or harmful;
- message people on WhatsApp through Wishbasket without their permission, or in breach of WhatsApp's Business and Commerce policies;
- try to access other businesses' data, break our security, or overload the service;
- copy, resell or reverse-engineer the service, except as the law allows.
We may suspend accounts that break these rules, to protect other users and the service.
5. Your data
The business information you put into Wishbasket belongs to you. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having the right to enter your customers' details and to contact them.
6. Eva and automated features
Eva and automated reminders help you work faster, but they can misunderstand a request. Eva shows what she has done; please check important records, amounts and documents before you rely on them or send them to customers.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep Wishbasket available and your data safe, but the service may sometimes be interrupted for maintenance or reasons outside our control. We may improve or change features; if a change significantly reduces what your paid plan includes, we will tell you in advance.
8. Limits of our responsibility
The service is provided as it is offered at the time. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost profits or business opportunities), and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Ending the service
You may stop using Wishbasket and close your account at any time by writing to us. We may close accounts that seriously or repeatedly break these terms. After closure, we handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy, and on request we will send you a copy of your records first.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be handled by the courts at Thane, Maharashtra.
11. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we will update the date at the top and tell you about important changes before they apply.
